Angeliki focuses on a broad range of Commercial and Corporate Law issues, providing legal support – judicial and advisory – to national and international clients being active, inter alia, in the hospitality, real estate & construction sector. Angeliki has substantial experience on IP matters, as well as in drafting contracts, such as agency and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements and “put and call” agreements. Moreover, Angeliki has worked on several cases of enforcement proceedings and she has been involved in a wide array of procedural matters concerning civil litigation proceedings.
