ELENI PRADALOU

Eleni Pradalou is a founding partner of Thesis Law Firm and specializes in the field of corporate and commercial law, including finance and capital markets law. Eleni’s commercial law practice includes advising on company structuring and establishment, ongoing corporate governance compliance and assisting clients on issues arising in day-to-day running of their business. Eleni has grown experience on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and financial agreements as well as real estate projects. Eleni has also participated in a number of due diligence reviews in the context of public offerings or in the context of capital increases. Eleni also advises and represents clients in courts regarding any problem arising within the areas of civil law. Eleni also has experience on personal data protection issues, since she has worked with various companies on GDPR compliance. Eleni is admitted before the Greek Supreme Courts.
