MARIOS BOULOUKOS

Marios’s practice focuses on all areas of business, corporate and commercial law. Marios has been involved in a number of important cross border and domestic deals involving the acquisition of companies and business activities in various business fields. Marios advises and represents, on a regular basis, high profile companies and individuals in a series of issues regarding, among others, commercial contracts, business and real estate transactions and development. Marios has also significant experience in public tenders and public contracts and has acted on a number of cases on behalf of the participating parties. As a litigator Marios has acted on a large number of claims involving most aspects of civil and commercial law (i.e. contract law, property law, copyright law etc.). Before joining Thesis Law Firm, Marios has worked as special advisor to the Greek Ministry of Development. Marios is the author of “Τhe Mobility of Companies within the EU – a contribution to the dialectical relationship between company law and freedom of establishment” (PhD thesis) and of several articles on corporate and commercial law, published in specialized and professional journals (Greek and international). Marios is admitted before the Greek Supreme Courts.
