As a member of Homo Digitalis, our Associate Sophia Antonopoulou has co-authored two in-depth analyses regarding the EU AI Act, focusing on the prohibited practices of AI systems and the protection of human rights in high-risk AI systems through Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIAs). You can read more on the subject in the following links:

– Artificial Intelligence Act: Analysis of provisions on prohibited practices of Article 5 of Regulation 2024/1689 → (https://lnkd.in/dSrzzUWV)
These analyses are the first of a series of analyses that Homo Digitalis will publish in the near future on several important provisions of the AI Act, which aim both to inform decision-makers in Greece about important provisions of the AI Act, in order to help its successful implementation, and to frame the public debate on AI in Greece, by providing concrete arguments and proposals. Homo Digitalis is a Greek NGO, focusing on promoting and defending human rights in the modern digital era in Greece.
